Coming By Car

The A1 highway runs along the coastline and goes right by the Marina Kornati Biograd. If you're coming from Slovenia, enter from E70 on the Slovenian side to A3 in Croatia, then take it to the A1.

Visitors from Hungary should enter on E71, go through Zagreb, and merge onto the A1. Biograd is a full day of driving from many cities in Slovenia, Hungary, Austria southern Germany, and other surrounding cities. Highway routes can be found here: www.hac.hr .

Coming By Air

Biograd is located near two different airports - Zadar International to the north, and Split International to the south. Most European airlines service these two airports, with Zadar International offering far more airlines. Ryanair from the U.K is the best bet for Zadar International, while Germanwings is the major provider to Split International.

If you choose to arrive in Croatia via the Zadar International Airport, a taxi service can get you to the Biograd Marina within thirty minutes. If you arrive via the Split International Airport, a taxi will take about ninety minutes.

You can book your taxi from either airport beforehand at Zadar or Split airport taxi transfers - this will help cut down the stress of travel.

Coming By Bus

Biograd is connected to most major European cities via bus stations in the central Croatian cities of Zagreb and Zadar. You can contact the Zagreb bus station for tickets and schedules at +385 (0) 60 313 333, and the Zadar phone number is +385 (0) 23 211 035. They will be able to assist you in booking a bus from your city of origin to whichever city you wish to go through, and then from that city to Biograd.

Coming By Ferry

The Biograd Marina is perfectly located for ocean travel if you wish to take a ferry through the Mediterranean. Many travelers wish to get a peaceful start to their Croatian holiday by taking a leisurely ferry trip to Marina Kornati Biograd. Ferry lines to either Zadar or Split leave from Ancona in Italy via the Jadrolinija ferry service. From either city, it is only a short taxi or bus ride to Biograd.
