Adriatic Challenge is the leading organizer of professional races and non-professional cups in the region providing a full regatta management service. Whether the event is a 50-boat national championship or a 10-boat regatta, our aim is to make the event a success from start to finish and to provide the ultimate sailing experience.
Adriatic Challenge will take care of every aspect of your regatta. We will arrange your regatta registration, permits and other obligations, such as yachts, skippers, race officers and support boat, reception and party venues, catering, yacht branding, crew clothing and prize giving. Racing is all you have to worry about.
True One Design Sailing Fleet
Adriatic Challenge provides you with 20 completely identical, race-equipped Bavaria 42 Match sailing boats for your one design regatta or cup event. This is the competition where nothing else but true sailing craftsmanship counts and the best sailor wins the title.
The Bavaria 42 match is a purpose built cruiser-racer with longer lead keel, larger main sail. This boat has provided itself with many victories during the season 2006 and 2007.
Adriatic Challenge technical staff is daily improving the quality of the fleet taking care of each detail. Every boat is maintained in the same manner to respect the one design sailing concept.
Entertainment program
We can provide a complete regatta event package, tailored to your needs, including after-sailing programs e.g. discovering specialties of Croatian wine and cuisine, cooking competitions, concerts, grill parties, and also accommodation, etc.

Adriatic Challenge Becomes the Official Dealer of Bavaria Sailing Yachts

Bavaria Yachtbau, the world’s second largest Yacht manufacturer, has chosen Adriatic Challenge as the official dealer of Bavaria sailing yachts in Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro and Albania. The recent take over of Bavaria by one of the world’s leading private equity investors Bain Capital GmbH, has lead to a new direction in the way the company will sell, and provide after sales service for their sailing yachts.
“First we will target the Croatian market, and later on, focus on the other countries in the region”, said Robert Lang, owner of Adriatic Challenge. He began the company in 2005 by acquiring a fleet of 20 Bavaria 42 match boats, establishing the world’s top one design charter race fleet.
Adriatic Challenge plans to stock new models at its base in Biograd, offering the opportunity for customers to try a vessel, and sail away as their new owner if satisfied.
